A little bit about me
Hi, I'm Alex, a Mum to 2 young girls, Thai massage body worker and 20+ years practitioner of yoga.
For me life is all about movement: the rhythm of our breath, the grace of our bodies and the flow of our minds. The body is a miraculous gift that we each own, and despite the trauma and pain that we all experience, we have the ability to bring about a positive change to the way we live through conscious movement, breath work and meditation.
My goal as a teacher and massage practitioner is to help create an environment for your body to tune into its own ability to restore balance, health and vitality.
Having spent my 20’s working as an actress, then commodity broker, and my 30’s working at a start up and becoming a Mother, I can appreciate the pressures of a high adrenalin job and juggling family life. Yoga and body work have been a constant support to me throughout and have helped me navigate life's challenges to become the woman that I am today. I continue to be in awe of the positive impact they can have on your physical body and mental wellbeing and am honoured to be able to continue the lineage of these beautiful practices with my clients today.
I currently live and work in Forest Gate, East London. I teach yoga at E7 Movement and offer Thai Yoga Massage at my home.

“I've been lucky enough to experience a lot of massages through my work and Alex's offering is exceptional. A full Mind-body release. She is highly skilled and professional and her home setting is beautiful. I felt energised, calm and supple afterwards and can't wait for my next one!"

"I had two pregnancy massages in my third trimester with Alex and they were fantastic. From the moment I walked into the room she made me feel at ease and took time to get to know me and understand my needs. Alex has an excellent understanding of the pregnant body and found all the areas where I really needed work on. The movements were gentle but firm and she worked with my comfort levels so it was both relaxing and rejuvenating. They were wonderful massages and I highly recommend! "

“Alex has been giving me massages for 10 years and she is absolutely wonderful. Alex creates an incredibly calming space and leaves your body feeling healed and rejuvenated. A strong head to toe massage, the perfect treat! I would highkly recommend her and can't wait to go back!”
